A case of Tuberous sclerosis, 13-year-old Korean girl, was observed. She had a symptom triad composed of adenoma sebaceum, epileptic seizures and mental retardation with additional shagreen patches. Histopathological findings of adenoma sebaceum was compatblie with angiofibromatous pattern and in shagreen patches thickening of the dermis due to proliferation of collagen bundles was observed.

A case of hereditary spherocytosis in a 14 year old male was reported. Diagnosis was based on spherocytes in peripheral blood smears, marked increased osmotic fragility, hemolytic anemia and splenomegaly. Review of literatures was also attempted briefly.
